Your Responsibilities
* Develop, characterize, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
* Develop and optimize process parameters to ensure efficient and repeatable manufacturing.
* Lead the industrialization of new products and design updates in close collaboration with R&D.
* Identify process bottlenecks and drive improvements to increase throughput and yield.
* Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
* Define process standards and create and maintain manufacturing documentation.
* Promote and support 5S and safe manufacturing practices within the production environment.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, or an equivalent technical qualification.
* Experience in product industrialization and production ramp-up within a manufacturing environment.
* Ability to structure and optimize processes in a fast-growing industrial environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with complex electro-mechanical systems, ideally in fuel cell or energy-related technologies, is an asset.
* Proactive and hands‑on, with a solution‑oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
* Team‑oriented, quality‑focused, and safety‑conscious.
* Valid permit to work in Switzerland.
* Professional working level of French.
