The ideal candidate has strong expertise in precision tooling, a proven record in business development, and the ability to expand into new markets while building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement global sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
* Lead, coach, and support an international sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Identify new markets and business opportunities through research, analysis, and relationship-building.
* Maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and distributors through effective communication and negotiation.
* Monitor sales key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to top management for informed decision-making.
* Collaborate with marketing and research and development teams to ensure go-to-market alignment and product relevance.
* Represent the company at international trade fairs and conferences to build brand awareness and establish partnerships.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical Engineering.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably in a global context.
* Proven leadership and target achievement skills, with a track record of success in driving sales growth.
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with fluency in German and English (French is a plus).
* Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50%).
* Familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking systems.
