To support our continued growth in Switzerland, we are looking for curious and driven graduates to join our Business & Operations Design team in Zurich.
Your Role – Creating Impact Through Transformation
As part of our team, you will work closely with experienced consultants and clients to design and implement solutions that improve how organizations operate and perform.
From the beginning, you will take on responsibility and contribute to projects such as:
* Designing and implementing operating models
* Supporting organizational transformations and new ways of working
* Optimizing business processes with a digital‑first mindset
* Establishing performance management frameworks
* Exploring the business value of emerging technologies (e.g., AI)
* Supporting post‑merger integrations and carve‑outs
* Preparing and facilitating workshops with client stakeholders
In addition to client work, you will have the opportunity to develop your own capabilities and contribute to shaping our growing practice and local culture.
What You Bring
You are about to complete, or have recently completed, a master’s degree from a top university (e.g., business, engineering, economics, or related fields) with strong academic results.
You also:
* Have up to 2 years of relevant experience (e.g., internships, working student roles, or full‑time experience)
* Are analytically strong and enjoy solving complex problems
* Communicate clearly and work well in collaborative environments
* Bring a structured and proactive approach to your work
* Are curious about how organizations function and how they can improve
* Thrive in a project‑based, fast‑paced setting
* Are fluent in German and English; additional languages, especially French, are a plus.
