You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineering teams, Procurement, and external partners to drive operational excellence, improve governance, and create a scalable project execution framework. /p /brh3Your Missions /h3 /brul /brliLead the implementation of a standardized project delivery model across multiple industrial sites. /li /brliHarmonize project management methodologies, governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting practices. /li /brliDrive organizational change and ensure alignment among Project Managers and key stakeholders. /li /brliCoordinate and support a portfolio of industrial and engineering projects to improve efficiency and consistency. /li /brliImplement and oversee a centralized delivery model involving external engineering resources. /li /brliEstablish effective collaboration processes between internal teams, project managers, and external partners. /li /brliIdentify improvement opportunities and drive continuous operational excellence initiatives. /li /br /ul /brh3Your Profile /h3 /brul /brliEngineering or Industrial Management degree, with at least 10 years of experience in industrial transformation, PMO, program management, or operational excellence roles. /li /brliProven track record delivering organizational and operational transformations in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical, automotive, or similar industrial environments. /li /brliStrong understanding of industrial project execution, project governance, and stakeholder management. /li /brliExperience implementing standardized processes and coordinating multiple projects, teams, and external partners. /li /brliFluent in French and English; German is a strong asset.
