CHF70,000.00/yr - CHF85,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
* Handle incoming support requests; respond quickly and bilingually
* Manage ticket processing from assignment to closure
* Coordinate resources, deployments, and priorities
* Keep SLAs and service processes in view at all times
Qualifications
* Technical education and experience in IT support are essential
* Experience in coordinating technician dispatches and in first-line support
* Fluent German (C2); good English skills
Techstack: Windows clients, ServiceNow, Teams, basic networking
