As a Field Service Representative you will perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of ANAVIA’s UAV systems, diagnose technical issues, provide client training, and ensure compliance with safety protocols while traveling internationally. Your main tasks: Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of ANAVIA’s UAV systems at client locations. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance. Provide comprehensive training to clients on the operation and maintenance of UAV systems. Travel extensively, both locally and internationally, to support customers in different locations. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations during all field operations. Maintain detailed and accurate records of service activities, including issues encountered, solutions implemented, and progress reports. Assist in the development of service manuals and training manuals. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively. Identify and suggest process improvements for better service delivery while collaborating with the engineering team to relay client feedback. At a minimum 5 years’ experience in an aviation maintenance or a field service representative role.
