Your Key Responsibilities
1. Lead comprehensive project coordination for customer-specific isolator solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle
2. Drive technical engineering excellence by designing and calculating critical system components and developing detailed component specifications
3. Develop robust process solutions that meet stringent regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
4. Create comprehensive technical documentation including process specifications, P&ID diagrams, and system design documents
5. Manage stakeholder relationships through active participation in customer meetings and technical discussions with international partners
6. Ensure project success by monitoring budgets, timelines, and quality standards across all engineering deliverables
7. Navigate regulatory compliance including GMP requirements and machinery directives to ensure full regulatory adherence
8. Collaborate globally with suppliers, partners, and customers while maintaining technical leadership across diverse projects
Your Profile
1. Extensive professional experience with minimum 10 years in project engineering or comparable technical leadership roles
2. Strong technical foundation in process engineering, chemical engineering, or mechanical engineering with relevant degree or technical certification
3. Specialized knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, ideally with isolator technology or cleanroom systems experience
4. Project management expertise including resource planning, timeline management, and cross-functional team coordination
5. Language proficiency with business-level fluency in both English and German for international collaboration
6. Communication excellence with ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholder groups
7. Proactive leadership approach with strong accountability and ability to drive projects to successful completion
8. Adaptability and resilience to manage changing priorities and resolve technical challenges effectively
