Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Engineer to join our team in a key role.
* Gather user requirements and implement changes to laboratory systems, including Life Sciences LIMS, Omics LIMS, SDMS, within the Non-Clinical Sciences department.
* Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards through proper documentation, coordination with IT and QA, and reporting progress.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage laboratory systems operationally, document requirements, coordinate with IT and QA, report progress, and troubleshoot system issues.
* Act as validation engineer, writing specifications and tests, and conducting or supervising testing activities.
* Support system users through training, developing user guides, and conducting training sessions.
* Act as a business administrator of laboratory systems when required.
Requirements:
* Master's (preferred) or Bachelor's Degree in Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Additional certifications in laboratory systems or project management are a plus.
* At least 3 years of experience with laboratory systems operations (e.g., LIMS, ELN, SDMS, CDS).
* Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills for laboratory systems.
* Experience with computerized systems validation (GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11).
* Excellent collaboration skills with IT and QA teams.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
