Job Description
- Complete products returns process from creation through crediting and filing
- Assist in verifying documents for archiving purpose
- Sending shipping documents to customers
- Generating or sending reports to required recipients
- Act as support to the Customer Data Steward in saving electronically all files related to customers agreements, new customer notification forms, price updates
- Act as support to the Customer Data Steward team by opening new surgeons and in following up on not yet proctored surgeons
- Assist with answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
Your profile
- Completed administrative/commercial education (or similar)
- Working experience within a Customer Service department, preferably within an international organization is preferred
- Very good English skills – both spoken and written. French and/or German skills are preferred. Every other language is a plus
- Proficient computer and MS Office skills
- Stress resistant, reliable and flexible personality with very good communication skills
- Open minded as well as service oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Applications or Oracle ERP is a plus
