Requirements:
* A strong command of German language is essential.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in retail management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and analytical skills.
* Familiarity with basic computer software.
* Strong understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension skills.
* Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically.
* Physical stamina to stand during scheduled shifts, lift up to 25 lbs regularly and occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs.
* Capacity to maneuver safely while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
* Basic knowledge of operating point-of-sale systems.
