Business partner to senior leaders
Lead the corporate HR department including payroll, admin, reception etc
Responsible for the overall management of the corporate offices
Leading many projects in particularly transformation, change, systems, processes
Reporting to the Global Head HR
Candidate Requirements:
Educated to degree standard or equivalent, Masters degree or professional qualification an advantage
Swiss certified HR professional
At least 6 years HR management experience in a dynamic global environment
Experience leading HR for corporate populations and providing a world class people service to the business
Good experience and knowledge of Swiss HR, Social security, Pensions, Contracts etc
Excellent business partnering skills and ability to work with senior management - coaching, advising and becoming a trusted advisor
