Your key responsibilities
* Support national and international clients in payroll and personnel administration
* Keep payroll accounting and / or are responsible for payroll accounting, including communication with clients, tax authorities and social security partners
* Support our near-shore and off-shore teams to complete monthly payroll tasks
* Provide support in the acquisition of new clients and networking at the location
* Work on exciting internal and external projects from day one and gain in-depth insight into a wide range of industries and corporate divisions
Skills and attributes for success
* A recognized diploma / certificate in payroll, social security specialist or social security expert
* An excellent level of English; German / French is considered as an asset
* A strong analytical mind and the ability to combine method and rigor
* A first significant experience in in-wage processing
* A sound knowledge and experience in MS Office, ABACUS and / or SAP is considered as a plus
* Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a confident demeanor
* A true teammate, willing to invest yourself in a team in the long run
