The Role
As Commercial Director, you will be responsible for driving results across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, Catering, and Public Relations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team.
* Foster a collaborative and dynamic culture.
* Align business strategies with revenue goals.
* Represent the hotel in commercial forums and maintain relationships within the network.
Revenue Optimization
* Provide strategic guidance on revenue and distribution strategies.
* Develop pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR and profitability.
* Ensure alignment across sales channels and monitor KPIs.
* Drive revenue accountability across departments.
Sales & Business Development
* Manage key accounts and partnerships.
* Develop and execute sales strategies for group, transient, and corporate segments.
* Oversee sales budgets and team performance.
* Optimize resource deployment to maximize market opportunities.
Marketing & Communications
* Develop and execute an annual marketing plan supporting brand and commercial goals.
* Lead digital and traditional marketing efforts, including SEO and campaigns.
* Maintain a compelling presence on platforms and third-party channels.
* Stay ahead of market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
Public Relations & Brand
* Oversee PR strategies and initiatives.
* Ensure a consistent brand voice across channels.
* Develop campaigns to increase awareness and preference in key markets.
Requirements
* A strategic leader with 3-5 years' experience as a Commercial Director in hospitality.
* Proven success in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management, preferably with similar brands.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management preferred.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
* Strong financial and budget management abilities.
* Creative, innovative, and capable of identifying new opportunities.
* High integrity and collaborative approach.
* Willingness to travel to key markets as needed.
