As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in developing the German speaking Swiss market. You will identify, engage, and convert strategic accounts into Adequasys clients within complex sales cycles ranging from 400k to 1M CHF. You will contribute directly to our expansion through a 100% outbound, Account-Based approach (ABM).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build and manage a portfolio of 30–40 strategic accounts (Tier 1 & Tier 2)
* Identify and engage key stakeholders, including HR, IT, Finance, and Executive Leadership
* Conduct targeted prospecting through networking, events, and outreach campaigns
* Detect early indicators of HR transformation, system changes, or HRIS projects
* Influence opportunities before the RFP stage
* Manage complex sales cycles (3–12 months) and negotiate strategic deals
* Maintain and develop client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities
YOUR ENVIRONMENT
* Close collaboration with a Senior Pre‑Sales Consultant based in Zurich with 25+ years of experience
* Direct interaction with Sales Leadership
* Structured environment with high autonomy
YOUR PROFILE
* 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT, SaaS, or technology services
* Proven experience in prospecting and closing, with the ability to open and develop accounts from scratch
* Experience managing complex sales cycles
* Structured, results‑driven mindset with strong relational and political intelligence
* Languages: Swiss German, Fluent English; French is a plus
