Your Role as a Network Operations Engineer
In this vital role, you will be the backbone of the company's IT network infrastructure. From managing performance and implementing advanced network solutions to collaborating with global teams, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless operations across Switzerland and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and monitor the performance of IT network infrastructure
* Provide 2nd and 3rd-level network support to teams in Switzerland and internationally
* Collaborate with the engineering department to design and implement innovative network solutions
* Execute system changes, software installations, and upgrades with precision
* Manage network incidents and drive resolutions effectively
* Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency
* Maintain open communication with users and management on network-related topics
* Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
* Propose and implement improvements for network performance, capacity, and scalability
What You Bring to the Table
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience in network support
* A bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science
* In-depth knowledge of network administration and architecture
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
* Resilience under pressure and a collaborative mindset
* Comfort with operational routines and on-call duties
* Familiarity with diagnostics, monitoring, and analysis tools
