We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Life Insurance Agent to join our expanding insurance agency. This role involves growing our list of prospective clients and onboarding new clients, providing asset protection and insurance benefits for local, regional, and various organizations, including police departments, school boards, and government agencies at the local and state level.
The ideal candidate will be proactive in driving sales through networking, referrals, PR marketing strategies, and social media platforms. They should possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others, making a tangible difference in clients' lives daily.

Responsibilities:
* Evaluate clients' insurance needs, risks, coverage, and financial goals through consultations to create tailored solutions.
* Maintain up-to-date contracting paperwork, databases, records, and bookkeeping.
* Onboard new clients and retain existing ones through customer service tasks, including appointment scheduling and responding to inquiries about billing, coverage, and policies.
* Assist policyholders during the claims process and oversee existing claims.
Qualifications:
* Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Current Life & Health insurance license is highly valued.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
* High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Compensation: $65,000 yearly
