The main purpose of the role is to develop relationships with existing and new clients, generate revenue, and fulfil existing roles. Key Responsibilities
* Focus on clients and candidates on building and developing long-term relationships.
* Cover account management and delivery
* Generating and sharing leads in order to widen business scope / opportunities
* Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
* All aspects of the recruitment life cycle, including screening, interviewing, and managing candidate experience
Candidate Profile
* Previous sales / recruitment or BD experience is a must
* Previous experience with customers could be an advantage
* Advanced communication skills with a high ability to negotiate with clients and candidates
* Sales-driven mindset, achievement-oriented
* Independent person with good organisation skills
