Due to business expansion, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant who will provide exceptional service to their clients and candidates. You’ll play a key role in developing our BA/PM talent pipeline and contributing to the ongoing growth of our business. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Drive business growth by identifying leads and collaborating with colleagues to maximize opportunities across FinTech and banking sectors.
* Build a pipeline of top BA/PM talent through innovative sourcing methods such as headhunting, networking, and referrals.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interviewing, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
* 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment and business development.
* Strong knowledge of the tech industry, tools, and technologies.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Sales-driven and achievement-oriented mindset.
* Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
