At the Zell site, the PPS team plans the demand for poultry slaughter animals as well as the production quantities for processing and Packing. We manufacture fresh, chilled and frozen products. As a PPS clerk, you will independently plan the required quantities in collaboration with Sales and Production. You monitor stock levels and sales figures, adjust planning on an ongoing basis, create evaluations and analyses and represent the processes of your team colleagues when they are absent.

Management of sales planning and quantity planning on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Creation of production plans taking into account capacities, availabilities, priorities, etc. in cooperation with the departments.
Creating production orders to the departments on time with prior clarification of production capacities.
Ensuring the flow of goods and communication throughout the company

What you bring with you Completed basic training in the food sector or logistics
At least 2 years of professional experience in production and process planning
Good knowledge of IT (MS Office, especially Excel, SAP)
Very good knowledge of German (oral and written)
