We are currently looking for a Head of Compensation & Benefits, who is responsible for defining and implementing the global compensation and benefits strategy.The role ensures competitive, fair and performance‑oriented reward programmes, oversees global governance, leads the annual compensation cycle and acts as key advisor to senior management, the Executive Board and the Remuneration Committee.
