We are seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to manage the changes on Regulatory Transaction Reporting and Client Tax Reporting Applications.
IHRE AUFGABEN
* Ensure proper requirement management
* Responsible for end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs
* Ensuring project compliance to project governance and minimal standards
* Responsible for successful hand-over of solution to the Operations organizations
YOUR PROFILE
* Experience in managing projects with respective CTB Budgets > 1mCHF in classic methodology
* Solid technical foundation with knowledge of Java, data integration principles, and application development
* Strong technical background with an understanding of Java, as well as data integration and application development
* Experience in managing projects with external / third party solution providers
* Enjoying close interaction with multiple teams and coordination between various stakeholders (IT and Business)
* Able to take care of the administrative parts of the project (reporting, financial controlling, etc.)
* Good presentation and communication skills
* Able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
* Sound skills in Jira and Confluence
* Communication, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit
* Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
