· Provide support to attorneys and senior paralegals in all aspects of global trademark practice.
· Evidence Gathering – research, extract, and prepare documentation to support trademark matters.
· Correspondence – coordinate communications with administrative bodies, review correspondence, and instruct outside counsel.
· Filing & Maintenance – file trademarks, maintain files, prepare internal charts and reports, manage registration certificates, receive instructions, update internal databases, and perform status checks.
· Invoicing & Budget – manage invoices, assist vendors and teams with billing issues, and support budget preparation.
· Docketing – assist in maintaining docket and related deadlines.
· General Administrative Support – support attorneys and paralegals with other tasks as needed.
What Do You Need To Bring?
* Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage priorities.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and excellent proofreading skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proactive in communicating deadlines, issues, and information to enable team efficiency; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluent in English and French; working knowledge of German preferred.
* Strong research and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (including Teams & Excel) and familiarity with database entry and maintenance.
