Responsibilities
* Payments investigations with internal parties, such as Front Colleagues and Compliance, and external parties, such as international branches and our correspondent banks via telephone, email and SWIFT.
* Documenting and solving cases in the internal case management application in line with the regulatory requirements.
* Analyzing and processing open cash positions (reconciliation).
* Preparing and processing internal reversals.
* First‑level filtering: real‑time sanction hit handling of false‑positive matches with escalation of full and close matches to second level compliance.
Profile
* Profound knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA and SIC payments processing and ISO20022 messages.
