Job Description:
As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth order processing, invoicing, and on-time delivery across our distribution network. Your primary objective will be to act as a liaison between customers, distribution centers, and third-party manufacturing sites.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage order processing, invoicing, and shipping documentation
* Coordinate transportation and import/export activities with 3PLs and suppliers
* Ensure compliance with GDP, Finance, and Regulatory standards
* Monitor inventory and system performance across distribution centers
* Support product launches, redeployments, and returns
* Execute all SAP transactions accurately and on time
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
* 3+ years' experience in a multinational Supply Chain environment (pharma or consumer goods preferred)
* Solid knowledge of SAP and international logistics
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
