We from Luxe Talent, an International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, are currently looking for an experienced Showroom Sales Consultant on behalf of one of our clients, based in Geneva.
In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, and Amsterdam.
Responsibilities as a Showroom Sales Consultant:
* Warm and professional welcome, along with personalised advice for our customers
* In-depth development of product knowledge about our jewellery collections, including materials, design features, and craftsmanship
* Dedicated work towards achieving and exceeding both personal and team sales targets, with a focus on delivering excellent, customer-oriented service
* Ensuring exceptional customer service that leaves a positive and lasting impression
* Independent organisation and maintenance of the presentation area to ensure an inspiring shopping experience
* At least 1–2 years of experience in high-end retail, ideally in the jewellery industry, with a proven sales success track record
* Confident handling of discerning clientele and delivering excellent service
* Professional and confident telephone manner, even in consultation-intensive situations
* Strong solution-oriented mindset and ability to develop creative approaches in challenging circumstances
* High resilience and reliability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Proactive, goal-driven work style with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
