At two locations, we develop, produce and distribute technologically advanced products for the defense industry and the civil sector. Our customers include various procurement authorities and leading companies in their respective fields – both in Switzerland and worldwide. /ppFor our Marketing Sales team, we are looking for a /ppbKey Account Manager – Focus on Customer Contract Management 80-100% (w/m/d) /b /ppbYour Responsibilities: /b /ppIn this role, you support and advise existing as well as potential customers and act as the central point of contact between the customer and Saab. Your main focus lies on managing ongoing businesses, particularly handling offers, contracts and their execution. /ppYou prepare customer offers, conduct contract negotiations and ensure that agreed terms are fulfilled. This also includes maintaining an overview of ongoing contracts and ensuring that all contractual matters are handled properly. /ppYou work closely with technical teams, clarify requirements and ensure that information flows clearly and completely between the customer and internal stakeholders. You support the project team in reaching high customer expectations. /ppAnother important part of your role is the further development of activities with the customer. You identify opportunities, contribute to ideas and promote our products and services. /ppIn addition, you support the implementation of the marketing and sales strategy, contribute to planning activities (mid-term planning, budgeting, forecasts). /ppbYour Profile: /b /plipTechnical education combined with further training in business administration, marketing or sales or a commercial education combined with strong technical exposure /p /lilipSeveral years of experience in key account management and project management within a technically driven B2B environment /p /lilipStrong technical understanding combined with experience in handling offers, contracts and complex projects /p /lilipVery good English skills (minimum C1) and German or Swedish skills at least at B2 level /p /lilipConfident appearance and experience in dealing with various stakeholders in an international environment /p /lilipWillingness to travel within Europe (approx. 20-40%) /p /lipbOur Offer: /b /ppFitness subscription, training opportunities and flexible working models: this position offers you a range of benefits.
