About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Service Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our users.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Preliminary analysis, processing and rectification of incident reports and enquiries
* Forwarding complex technical enquiries to specialist groups and maintaining regular contact with teams
* Ensuring accurate recording and classification of process information
* Managing orders from our webshop and forwarding them accordingly
* Informing users about faults and operational messages
* Creating knowledge base articles
* Participating in exciting IT projects and continuous further development in current IT topics
