This role requires strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
You will serve as an interface between customers, service technicians, and service managers. As the first point of contact for our demanding customers, you will answer questions, receive fault and service reports, orders, and complaints. You will also coordinate the service technician group and monitor the process from inquiry to completion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, organize, and coordinate service and installation assignments in French-speaking Switzerland.
2. Supervise sales-specific, assigned projects and monitor their deadlines.
3. Provide technical support to customers, sales, and the service team regarding compressors.
4. Manage a team at the Frauenfeld site, acting as an interface between the team and the Service Manager.
Requirements
* You have completed technical or commercial training.
* Experience as a team leader is essential.
* Professional experience with technical know-how to provide precise advice to customers and internal departments.
* Hands-on mentality, expertise, and ability to work in a team are required.
* A good command of French and German; English is an advantage.
