Building Technical Manager
The Infrastructure and Buildings Service (SIB) manages, maintains and ensures the safety of the buildings as well as the smooth logistical running of HEIG-VD activities. It contributes to the quality of the working environment, conducive to learning, teaching and research.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings across all HEIG-VD sites in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems (HVAC)
Guarantee the rational use of energy for the technical installations of the buildings, in the HVAC areas, for all HEIG-VD sites
Lead projects to transform installations in the HVAC areas
Participate in the management of the furniture inventory of HEIG-VD sites and collaborate with the Infrastructure & Buildings Service activities
DESIRED PROFILE Federal VET diploma in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems (HVAC)
Federal certificate or university of applied sciences diploma in the HVAC field, an advantage
At least 5 years of professional experience in the HVAC field
Proficiency in technical IT tools and supervision of building technical installations
Mastery of budgetary implications
Open-mindedness and flexibility
Spirit of mutual support and collaboration
Respect for standards and procedures
Activity rate : 80-100%
