The Nordwand Group is looking for one of their clients in Zurich for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and hands-on support across computer systems, software, and hardware.Key responsibilities:Helpdesk / Desktop inhouse supportInstalling, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and softwarePerforming system upgradesManaging IT assets, and assisting users with technical issuesMicrosoft Active Directory and user managementSet up operating systems on PC / laptopsDesk moves, setting up laptops, mobiles, printers, networking issues, DNSWorking on many small projects running through ITUser / account provisioning, creates, modifies, disables and deletes user accounts and their profiles across IT infrastructure and business applicationsWe require someone with excellent spoken English as you will be customer facing.
