Your Tasks
1. Plan and execute qualification test programs and implement new materials, technologies and processes
2. Lead materials and process projects in Surface Treatments and organic Coatings
3. Ensure compliance of materials and processes with environmental and regulatory standards such as REACH
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate materials and processes into product design
5. Compile and revise technical documentation such as Process Specifications, Engineering Standards and Engineering Reports
6. Conduct and coordinate material failure analyses and support Engineering, Production, Quality and Customer Support in materials and process topics

7. MSc degree in Materials Science or Materials Engineering
8. Demonstrate strong expertise in materials and related processes in Surface Treatment and Coating
9. Good German and English skills at B2 level with a cooperative and proactive personality
10. Apply analytical problem-solving skills to complex technical challenges
11. Work independently with a flexible, committed, and target-oriented mindset
12. Communicate effectively in interdisciplinary teams, showing strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
