Real Estate Accountant - Real Estate Fund Environment - Geneva

The environment offers a particularly interesting positioning: the agility and closeness of a small specialised team, combined with the standards and stability of a large group.

You will be involved in varied tasks combining property accounting, fund monitoring and financial reporting:
- Management of the property accounting for a portfolio of assets in French-speaking Switzerland
- Participation in the accounting and monitoring of a real estate fund
- Control and coordination with partner property managers
- Participation in quarterly closings and financial reporting
- Contribution to asset valuation
- Monitoring cash flows, payments and charge statements
- Participation in audits and continuous process improvement

The desired profile:
- First successful experience in property accounting, ideally in property management or a real estate fund environment
- Desire to move towards a more "investment / real estate fund" approach than classic property management
- Curious, proactive and committed personality
- Ability to thrive in a demanding but supportive environment
- Good interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork
- Fluent French, a good level of English is necessary
