The Fairview Park City Schools has an opening for a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year.
Certification/Credentials
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
* Valid Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
* Ohio Department of Education and Workforce Pupil Services License for Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
Qualifications
* Experience working with school-age children in a K-12 educational setting
* Knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, evaluation procedures and special education compliance requirements
* Experience conducting speech/language evaluations and interpreting assessment data
* Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEP goals
* Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, intervention specialists, administrators and families
* Experience supporting students with a range of communication needs, including articulation, language disorders, fluency, voice and pragmatic language
* Familiarity with assistive technology and augmentative / alternative communication (AAC) strategies
* Strong organizational and documentation skills to manage caseloads, progress monitoring and compliance timelines
Salary
Proper placement per the negotiated agreement

August 17, 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year
