Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated Junior Cybersecurity Consultant to join our growing security team. This is a great opportunity for an early‑career professional who is passionate about cybersecurity and wants to build skills in a supportive, mentorship‑focused environment. You will work alongside experienced consultants on real client projects, gaining hands‑on exposure across multiple cybersecurity domains while building a strong foundation for your career.
Core Responsibilities
Support Security Assessments and Projects: Assist with vulnerability assessments, security audits, risk analyses, and implementation projects such as firewall configuration, security monitoring, and access control management.
Assist with Incident Response and Monitoring: Help monitor security tools, investigate incidents under guidance, document findings, and support remediation and escalation.
Create Documentation and Reports: Produce clear documentation, procedures, findings, and recommendations for technical and non‑technical audiences.
Research and Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity best practices.
Client Interaction: Join client meetings and communications under supervision while developing client‑facing skills.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
0‑2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or a related technical role
Internships, academic work, or personal cybersecurity projects are valued
Technical Skills
Foundational understanding of networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and firewalls
Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux security features
Familiarity with at least one scripting language such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
Understanding of core security concepts including authentication, encryption, access control, and security best practices
Awareness of common vulnerabilities and attack vectors such as the OWASP Top 10 and malware types
Professional Skills
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French or German is an advantage
Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks with guidance, and adapt to new technologies and methods
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Swiss residency is mandatory
Certifications
Preferred but not required: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, (ISC)² Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or similar entry‑level certifications.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Hands‑on experience with tools such as Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit, or Burp Suite
Participation in CTFs, bug bounty programs, or open‑source security projects
Familiarity with cloud platforms, SIEM/security monitoring tools, or DevSecOps practices
