PpWe are hiring for a Sales Logistics Administrator for our Supply Chain team at This AG at our manufacturing site in Heerbrugg, St Gallen! /p pThe purpose of this role is to facilitate and manage the receipt, processing and timely shipment of products globally, on time and in full. You will be responsible for the creation of Customer Orders in NetSuite and coordination of the picking, packing and shipment. /p pTo ensure supply continuity, you will also be required to liaise with Internal/External Customers, Commercial, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Procurement, Regulatory, Finance, External Warehouses and Logistics Service Providers. /p h3What You'll Be Doing: /h3 ul liExecute administrative tasks throughout the sales cycle, from quotation to delivery inside and out of NetSuite (including legacy Majesty system) /li liProvide customer service support during the sales process. /li liPlan and coordinate operational orders in collaboration with production teams. /li liSelect transportation routes to maximise economy by combining shipments /li liEnsure timely delivery of machines, consumables and related materials. /li liPrepare accurate export documentation and additional documentation (where required). /li liCoordinate and organise international shipments, including Carnet-ATA processes. /li liManage international logistics processes, including Shipper’s Declarations for air and sea freight, EUR.1 documentation, invoice management and transportation booking. /li liCompliance with all related GxP activities. /li /ul h3What Experience Skills You Will Need: /h3 ul liPrevious experience (minimum 3 years) in sales and logistics administration roles /li liRelevant work experience in a Medical Device supply chain /li liEducated to degree level (or have equivalent experience in supply chain) /li liKnowledge and experience of applying regulation relating to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) in Pharmaceutical Industry /li liTrained in the execution of Dangerous Goods Declaration management /li liSuccessful track record on continuous improvement initiatives /li liIntermediate to Advanced Excel skills /li liFluent in German (spoken written) /li liBusiness‑proficient in English (level B2 minimum) /li liAPICS certification (desirable) /li liKnowledge experience of working with NetSuite in a customer‑facing sales environment (desirable) /li /ul h3What We Can Offer You: /h3 ul liComprehensive global benefits package /li liWellbeing allowance /li liAnnual programme of fun events /li liBeing part of an organisation you can be proud to work for changing the lives of millions of people! /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
