Your missions and responsibilities:- Ensure the smooth progress of construction work and minor civil engineering.- Master the management and supervision of sites, manage orders, calculate team needs (8 to 15 people), quality control, DT meetings, compliance with safety regulations, reading plans, formwork of vertical and horizontal elements, traditional formwork, metal formwork (Meva), formwork systems, reinforcement, stripping, re-dressing, vibration, concrete, brick laying, installation of prefabricated stairs, and finishes. - Motivate a team of workers to carry out the work in accordance with our requirements and those of our clients. You are a conscientious, dynamic person, with a wide experience in the relevant fields. You hold a team management diploma X and have several years of experience, ideally in Switzerland in team management. Your previous positions have highlighted your ease and sociability, and you ensure strict compliance with safety rules.
