Your mission
We in Etops are a very intensely cooperating team where every single person takes a complex responsibility for a client and/or projects from A-Z. Everyone in our team is key to our success - individually and as a team. Everyone matters.
As the Client Success Manager you are the single most important relationship owner for Etops Swiss wealth management clients. Your mission is to protect and grow ARR from a named portfolio of existing accounts (EAMs, and (multi-)family offices). This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of customer advocacy, commercial growth and product influence.

Your experience and profile
We are looking for:

3–5 years of client-facing experience in WealthTech, private banking or asset-management software.
Proven track record as a Key Account / Customer Success Manager.
Deep understanding of Swiss wealth management workflows, regulatory requirements (FINMA, FIDLEG) and digitalisation pain points.
Demonstrated ability to grow strategic accounts through upsell and expansion.
Native Swiss-German or German fluent French and English (Italian is a plus).
University degree; additional qualifications such as CFA, AZEK/CIWM or digital-transformation certifications are advantageous.

Trusted advisor who is welcome in any boardroom in Zurich or Geneva
Commercial DNA – thinks in ARR and expansion, not just “happy clients”
Structured, data-driven and intolerant of sloppy CRM data
Calm under pressure, outstanding at de-escalating and solving complex client situations
Team player who represents the client inside Etops while representing Etops at the client
This is one of the most strategic roles in the company: you will regularly present to the Group Executive Board, travel with the CEO/CRO to client meetings and have a material
