E-Commerce Key Account Manager (m/w/d) – Digital Sales DACH & Revenue Growth Management Europe
What you can expect
* Strategic and operational responsibility for eCommerce Pure‑Player accounts in the beauty segment (Zalando, Douglas, Westwing) – building new platform partnerships and scaling existing accounts across revenue, margin, and brand representation on a pan‑European level.
* Responsibility for Joint Business Plans, annual reviews, conditional terms, and contract negotiations.
* Develop and steer retail‑media strategies.
* Lead content optimisation for product detail pages, brand stores, and campaign spaces.
* Safe operation of backend platform systems (vendor/seller portals, marketplace tools, PIM connections).
* Active use of AI tools daily – for forecasting, assortment & content scaling, competition and market analysis, translating BI insights into account strategy.
* Close collaboration with Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Offline Sales, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams.
* Represent the platform perspective internally – be the voice of Pure Players within the company.
* Network with European markets and international teams.
What you bring
* Multiple years of experience in Key Account Management with eCommerce Pure‑Players – accounts in beauty, lifestyle, fashion or FMCG independently managed.
* Negotiation security at senior level: terms, Joint Business Plans, pricing (German and English).
* Proven success scaling platform business (revenue, margin, share).
* Deep understanding of retail media – ideally hands‑on experience on relevant beauty platforms.
* Strong analytical and data skills; comfortable with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.).
* Routine use of AI tools in daily business.
* Confident stakeholder management in matrix structures, excellent communication, cross‑functional.
* Build mindset – eager to shape and build structures.
* Experience steering pan‑European accounts and complex European structures (if not, development will be supported).
* Pharma/OTC experience and understanding of regulatory requirements in the pharmacy channel.
* Experience with 1P vs 3P marketplace models and TikTok Shop.
