* Professional skills: Project delivery methodology, Agile methodology & framework, Ability to visualize, Training & workshop management, Stakeholder Management
* Role models the agile mindset
* Encourages the agile team to self-organize and self-manage
* Helps other team members to communicate, coordinate, collaborate and drive improvement in practices, processes and mindset to deliver value in an efficient manner
* Facilitates the cadence, events and artefacts across the agile team
* Engage with the PO to encourage and empower the agile team
* Engages with the Agile Coach and RTE to drive the OVS forward
Personal and social skills:
* Communication, Problem solving, Social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, Empathy & relationship management, Coaching
* Scrum Master certification (SAFe preferred)
* Fluent English is a must and good German language skills a plus
