Key Responsibilities

* Take responsibility as MSAT process expert in capital investment projects, ensuring the successful supervision and life cycle management of BioConjugates processes.
* Contribute to feasibility studies within a dedicated project team, evaluating and assessing manufacturing unit design.
* Evaluate and assess the design of manufacturing units, delivering all inputs required for suite and equipment design.
* Own the implementation of GMP documents for the respective area, responsible for permanent optimization of the project.
Key Requirements
* Master or PhD in Bioconjugation, Biotechnology, chemical engineering, organic chemistry, or related disciplines.
* Solid experience (>5 years) in biopharma manufacturing, preferably in the area of BioConjugates or DSP (Mammalian or Microbial).
* Experience handling CAPEX Project.
* Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and within the project organization.
* Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is considered an asset.
