Job Description:
This role is responsible for driving system adoption, ensuring effective training and documentation, supporting organizational readiness, and development of long-term sustainment strategies.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in training and adoption of planning systems and is well-versed in supply chain planning and change management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive training programs
* Manage change assessments
* Implement engagement strategies to ensure readiness and minimize adoption delays
* Support ongoing system sustainment by facilitating continuous learning, capability building, and risk management practices
Key Skills:
* Experience in technology adoption, system implementation, supply chain management, and/or change management
* Change Management certification strongly preferred
* Proven experience with system adoption and large-scale training programs
* Strong understanding of planning tools and processes
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in documentation management
* Proven experience in supply chain planning and data analysis
