Your Tasks
Execute a strategic digital aircraft development program, ensuring schedules, cost control, risk mitigation and on-time delivery
Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, Engineering and Business Aviation within a matrix organization
Align closely with the Digital Aircraft Manager, Digital Aircraft Functional Managers and Digital Product Manager to ensure requirements and customer needs are met
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear scope, objectives and deliverables
Monitor program performance, managing progress, budget, risks and governance, including Steering Committee reporting
Prepare financial inputs for strategic decisions like pricing and coordinate legal as well as contractual requirements
With this you convince us
University degree in Engineering, IT, Aviation or a related technical field, with strong expertise in project or program management within aviation
Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, with solid knowledge of processes and implementation practices
Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and integrate digital technologies
Strong communication skills in English C1 level and presentation skills, with the ability to report effectively to senior stakeholders
Highly organized, proactive and reliable
Strong planning, coordination and prioritization skills
