For the future development of our Swiss entity in Zurich, we are seeking a qualified and motivated Coordinator Service Scheduler (m/f/d).
Objectives for the job:
Responsible for the organizational mapping of projects (maintenance orders on aircraft) in the system. Supporting the TSM (Technical Service Manager) and CSMs (Customer Service Managers) in administrative matters.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Schedule maintenance events for customer aircraft and components in cooperation with the sales department, CAMO, and aircraft owners.
2. Prepare materials for planned projects and ensure all parts ordered for specific events are on site when the aircraft arrives at the facility.
3. Assist CSMs in issuing down payment requests and inform Finance for follow-up.
4. Follow up on planning ground time changes and deferred items.
5. Manage project preparation progress against planned criteria.
6. Handle the correct and timely declaration and deregistration of aircraft, engines, propellers, and APUs at customs, including import/export processes.
7. Provide feedback to the sales team regarding required information for quotations.
8. Ensure compliance with customer, authority, and Textron Aviation regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years’ administrative experience in similar fields.
2. Technical aviation background.
3. Proficiency in IT skills (SAP / MS Office).
4. Strong numerical aptitude.
5. Self-motivated team player.
6. European citizen or authorized to work in Switzerland.
7. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
