Responsibilities
Lead and develop the public transport team at the Bern location.
Coordinate and organise interdisciplinary project teams.
Oversee overall project management, including technical project management across multiple trades.
Participate in project acquisition and prepare offers.
Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Create and control project documents across all SIA phases.
Ensure qualitative, timely and financial management of projects in compliance with regulations and processes.
Requirements
Strong network and experience in the public transport sector, ideally with railway power or technical systems.
Experience in the public transport environment, preferably rail transport.
Technical education (HF technician, FH engineer) or project‑management qualifications; further education preferred.
Team‑oriented, open‑minded and independent working style.
