1. Manage existing accounts and negotiations primarily through physical sales visits, but also through phone and written communication
2. Plan and conduct commercial visits as per agency sales’ segmentation and monitor via CRM Systems
3. Develop overall market share / turnover in accordancetocommercial strategy
4. Identify the commercial market opportunities and register in the CRM system
5. Relay other requests from customers to Customer Care
6. Participate in establishing the Commercial actions plan and ensure the agency sales’ segmentation is correctand up to date
7. Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products (e-commerce, VAS, intermodal, CEVA…)
