The headquarters are located in Haag (Switzerland), the production centers in Switzerland, Malaysia, Romania and Taiwan. /p pRegional Sales Operations Manager - EU /p pbYOUR CHALLENGES /b /p liManage a team of approximately 10 Sales Operations Employees throughout Europe including Switzerland, the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands. /li liMust also have significant experience driving projects through to completion involving multiple departments and stakeholders including operations, sales, finance, IT and more. /li liPrepare and present customer executive presentations, summary reports, spreadsheets, charts and analysis of data from multiple sources for internal and external use. /li liBuild management reporting package covering inventory level, order management and delivery analytics /li liDrive monthly forecasting for discrete and consignment orders, revenue and consignment inventory development. /li liDirectly responsible for executing the ins and outs of the company inventories including onsite consignment for VAT customers as well as inventory of standard products for quick sale. /li liMaintain, and execute the soft and physical inventory process to ensure accuracy and work to resolve any discrepancies if required. /li liManage inventories to ensure accurate inventory levels and associated KPI’s while maintaining continuity of supply for VAT’s customers. /li liLead a team of customer service representatives and ensure accurate order management. /li liImpress upon the organization and direct team the importance of creating a positive customer experience. /li liMain escalation point for major delivery and order management topics and work together with counterparts at the global VAT facilities to resolve issues quickly and pragmatically. /li liPrioritize manufacturing, purchasing and the business units to coordinate capacity planning and availability of needed materials, components, equipment, and resources to align with the customer’s demand. /li liLead operations and logistics related projects domestically and internationally by working with the various stakeholder groups in the company. /li pbYOUR COMPETENCIES /b /p liBachelor’s degree in Business or other related field required /li liProgressive experience in operations, order and inventory management including experience managing teams and mentoring direct reports. /li liExperience in sales and distribution business requiring strong inventory management focus and controls. /li liExperience in business process engineering and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liMust be willing to take hands on approach to problem solving. /li liMust have an innate desire to business process improvements and drive projects to resolution across all areas of the business. /li liAbility to work in a matrix organization. /li liStrong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. /li liStrong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to develop complex reports and metrics. /li liAbility to travel both domestically and internationally, as required. /li liExcellent language skills, particularly in English and German. /li pbInterested?
