Ph3Business Application Support Specialist – Finance (80-100%) /h3 pA Business Application Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the stability, availability, and optimal performance of banking applications. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a reliable banking application environment. He is responsible for providing to the employees and to customers of Lombard Odier group with functional support applications in Finance domain. This support team’s main mission is the satisfaction and trust of colleagues and clients. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify, resolve and troubleshoot all Functional Support issues for finance and accounting applications. /li liParticipate in quality controls and documentation of new application release notes. /li liMonitor KPIs to ensure SLAs are met and the service is on time and reliable. /li liEscalate major incidents to the incident management team to ensure timely resolution. /li liOrganize and manage regular meetings with Bank partners for escalated cases and monitor closely the backlog of tickets. /li liAnalyze balance sheet in SAP. /li liEnsure a quality training for bank users. /li liParticipate in new application release testing. /li liWork closely with development and production teams. /li liEnsure regular contact with our Bank partners Finance team. /li liActively contribute to enhance the day‑to‑day process of the team by improvement proposals to the head of Application Support. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in IT or Finance /li li+5 years of experience in Banking /li liExcellent communication and overall soft skills, proactivity, sense of initiative and sound experience in working under stress on unplanned matters /li liExcellent command of banking, finance related operations and understanding of accounting principles /li liGood command of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel PowerPoint /li liPrevious experience as a Business Analyst or as an Auditor in the banking and financial sector is an advantage /li liSAP BI knowledge is an advantage /li libResidence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate /b /li /ul pWe promote a diverse and inclusive work environment for employees and candidates. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
