Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the Service organization for ABB’s Critical Power Business Line. You will be fully accountable for Service business performance, putting strategy into action and reaching strong growth targets. Reporting directly to the Sales, Service, and Project Execution Leader Switzerland, you will play a key role in accelerating market growth, deepening customer partnerships, and ensuring high-quality execution across service operations.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Executes the Service strategy as a member of the local management team. Ensures corresponding plans are implemented consistently in the Service organization through collaboration with other businesses/hub.
Overseeing project delivery, ensuring execution on time, on cost, and quality in accordance with ABB service management frameworks.
Working closely with Sales, Project Management and other Business Line functions to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Providing experienced leadership, coaching, and mentoring Critical Power regional service leaders and collaborating closely with other ABB business lines and divisions
Is responsible for health and safety of the local Business Unit/Product Group Service team. Enforces a Service safety and integrity culture throughout the Service organization.
