Responsibilities:
1. Recruiting of employees
2. Advice and support of the employees
3. Implementation of personnel measures subject to co-determination
4. Cooperation with works council
5. Implementation and contribution of new processes
6. Development of excisting HR processes and tools
7. Conception, support and planning of further training measures
8. Handling administrative tasks
Qualifications:
9. University degree in business administration
10. At least 2 year professional experience, engaged young professionals
11. Professional experience in HR, labour law, works constitution law
12. Very good English skills writen and spoken
13. Outstanding communication- and integration skills
14. Open-minded, teamplayer, very independent way of working
15. Knowledge of MS-Office, SAP R/3 and Workday
