Mission: take charge independently of a portfolio of Swiss clients and undertake various tasks, including: Accounting: Complete accounting up to closure and the preparation of VAT returns (actual / annual revisions with the audit body). Payroll Management: Monthly payroll preparation in accordance with Swiss agreements and practices. Management of social insurances (AHV/IV/APG/LAA/BVG) and annual declarations. Basic HR management: salary management, entry/exits, personal taxation deadlines, and client deadlines. Direct and regular contact with clients. Level 1 advisory and support in continuous process improvement. At least 2 years of confirmed experience in a fiduciary in Switzerland (essential). Mastery of Swiss accounting and payroll management. Comfort with social insurances and related processes. Knowledge of fiduciary software (e.g., Winbiz, Crésus, Gestan, or equivalent). Fluent French; English is a plus.
