Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop individual work streams related to profitability assessment, cost allocation, and steering frameworks.
* Collaborate closely with the core working group to ensure alignment on project objectives and delivery priorities.
* Conduct detailed reviews of existing cost allocation and economic profit frameworks.
* Provide expert insight to drive full-cost accountability and resource allocation optimization.
* Manage stakeholders across seniority levels effectively to deliver project goals.
Required Experience and Skills:
* 3-5 years of experience in consulting, Big Four environments, or project management roles.
* Expert knowledge of cost allocation methods, economic profit concepts, and steering frameworks.
* Strong understanding of banking business operations and dynamics.
* Proven stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
